Waves and Arenas is a house for vacation with a capacity of 8 people, built in two cement plants in private ownership of 9000 square feet of surface. With a paved street in the front and the beach at the bottom, which is surrounded by coconut trees, (palms).

The house consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, room, balcony and two health services on the first floor, two bedrooms, three sanitation, laundry area, and parking for six cars at the bottom, also has air conditioning and cable television.

The house has a pool of freshwater 140ft square with a ranch with BBQ (barbecue), surrounded by greenery.

At 10 kilometres west, this city of Puntarenas where you can enjoy variety of restaurants, sodas, DISCOT, bars, as well as churches and parks beside the street for tourists, which is adjacent to the beach and the pier of cruises where you can enjoy sport fishing.
